Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product should include all original tags, accessories, and invoices.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

Please do not send products back without prior return approval, as such returns may not be accepted.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for verification.

For approved defective or incorrect product returns:

  • Return Shipping Fee: ₹0
  • Restocking Fee: ₹0

Customer Remorse Returns

If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need the item:

  • Return Shipping Fee: ₹0
  • Restocking Fee: ₹0

The product must still meet the return eligibility conditions.

Exchange Policy

Currently, direct exchanges are not available.

To exchange a product:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
